الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية, Nov. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — أعلنت شركة Al Tamimi & Company ، عن تقديمها الاستشارات القانونية لشركة Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP)، الصندوق الاستثماري التابع لشركة BlackRock، في صفقة الاستحواذ على حصة استراتيجية تبلغ 49% من منشآت معالجة الغاز في الجافورة التابعة لشركة Aramco السعودية، وذلك عبر استثمار في شركة Jafurah Midstream Gas. وتُقدّر قيمة الصفقة بنحو 11 مليار دولار أمريكي، ما يجعلها واحدة من أكبر صفقات البنية التحتية للطاقة في المنطقة، ويمثّل إنجازًا مهمًا في مسيرة تطوير قطاع الغاز والبنية التحتية للطاقة في المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد تم الإعلان عن الصفقة خلال فعاليات مؤتمر مبادرة مستقبل الاستثمار (FII) الذي استضافته الرياض، والذي جمع نخبة من قادة الاستثمار العالميين وصنّاع القرار لمناقشة مستقبل الاقتصاد والطاقة المستدامة في العالم.
