ABOU DHABI, Émirats arabes unis et SÉOUL, Corée du Sud, 10 août 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Space42 (ADX : SPACE42), entreprise SpaceTech de nouvelle génération basée aux Émirats arabes unis et spécialisée dans les technologies spatiales de pointe propulsées par l’intelligence artificielle (IA), a conclu un accord stratégique avec Autonomous A2Z (A2Z), principale entreprise sud-coréenne spécialisée dans le développement de la technologie de conduite autonome. D’une valeur de 7 millions de dollars américains, cet accord vise à accélérer le deploiement des solutions de mobilité avancées de niveau 4 axées sur l’autonomie aux Émirats arabes unis, et constitue le premier accord commercial dans le cadre du partenariat plus large établi entre les deux entreprises. Sous forme d'un contrat d'approvisionnement direct, cet accord est complètement distinct de la co-entreprise annoncée en 2025, visant à soutenir la commercialisation à long terme des solutions de mobilité intelligente aux Émirats arabes unis.

L'accord associe la technologie éprouvée en matière de conduite autonome de niveau 4 d'A2Z aux capacités de pointe de Space42 en matière d'IA, des technologies géospatiales et de connectivité. Pour A2Z, cette étape représente une étape majeure dans sa stratégie d'expansion internationale, lui permettant de déployer la technologie de conduite autonome développée en Corée sur l'un des marchés de la mobilité intelligente à la croissance la plus rapide au monde. The month saw rToken surpassing US$100 million in assets under management within five weeks of launch, reaching approximately US$114 million by July 6. During the same period, cumulative trading volume reached US$671.37 million, including average daily trading volume of US$19.75 million, with more than 100,000 users trading rTokens. The report also found daily trading-user penetration increasing 18-fold from launch, while 42.87% of first-time buyers increased their positions within seven days, reflecting growing engagement beyond initial purchases.

Industry research published during the month reinforced Bitget’s position across trading infrastructure. CryptoRank found that Bitget recorded the lowest slippage for large tokenized equity trades and the highest balanced displayed liquidity within 50 basis points among the exchanges analysed. This is the first commercial agreement in the two companies’ broader partnership. It is a direct supply contract, separate from the joint venture announced in 2025 to support the long-term commercialization of intelligent mobility solutions in the UAE.

The agreement combines A2Z’s proven Level-4 autonomous driving technology with Space42’s AI, geospatial, and connectivity capabilities. For A2Z, the milestone represents a significant step in its international expansion strategy, bringing Korean-developed autonomous driving technology to one of the world’s fastest-growing smart mobility markets.
